RE: Invoice, remove unused fees

With reference to the email below, and the attach invoice in relation to the unused reservation.

Kindly note that I have booked the mentioned

car

for 30 minutes and followed the navigation to the

car

to start my trip as usual.

I have searched for the

car

for over 18 minutes, and checked the streets and the open space parkings

next

to the Emirates Towers Metro Station, and wasn_t able to find it.

I think the previous driver who used the

car

had parked it in a private parking.

When I was calling Ekar costumer service to help me locating the

car

, my reservation had been finished.

Therefore

, I have no responsibility in

this

case, that the

car

is invisible and someone else parked it in private parking.

Kindly remove the unused fees AED8.
