In many countries, a small number of people extremely high salaries. Some people believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should not allow salaries above a certain level. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

A small group of

people

are earned extremely high salaries in many

countries

. Some

people

consider that it is beneficial for the country, but others support the reverse of the idea. In my opinion, the

second

idea is the most pertinent for each

society

because

people

feel happier the same economic condition, and

also

hierarchal differentiation can lead to many problems for

countries

.

The

people

who support the minority

people

should earn high salaries suggest that

this

propensity has been continued from the beginning of

society

and

this

tendency is the main component of economics.

Thus

, the main factor of salary differentiation is each individual of the

society

has different potential opportunities

such

as physical ability, mental capacity, and psychological condition.

Therefore

, most principles of justice and moral norms are balanced the wealth of the community due to the potential of a person.

On the other hand

, many

people

suggest that

countries

share resources equally between each person of

society

so,

this

is prevented hierarchical difference and polarization in the

countries

. These unbought the main problems of each country and

therefore

in each developed

countries

have the large majority of the middle class. I completely agree with

this

approach because each person should benefit from the opportunities that arise with the distribution of the existing wealth within the framework of the social welfare state system.

In conclusion, two principals have convincing arguments but, in my opinion, the most relevant for each community since individuals are happy in similar economic circumstances, and hierarchical differentiation may bring many issues for governments.
